 On Saturday November 4, 2023, the Family of Saint Sharbel, USA, celebrated the sixth anniversary of the dedication of Saint Sharbel's Shrine at the National Shrine Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes (Emmitsburg, MD). At St. Mary's Glass Chapel, the celebration started with Eucharistic Adoration, after which Father Theodore Trinko (Institute of the Incarnate Word, IVE) celebrated the Holy Mass. The choir chanted in English, Syriac and Arabic the proper traditional Maronite hymns for parts of the liturgies. Among the attendees were two Maronite sisters visiting from St. Rafqa’s convent in Lebanon. Fr. Ted mentioned in the homily that the vestments (with the image of Saint Sharbel) he was wearing, were offered by the Family of Saint Sharbel. The celebration concluded with the blessing with and the veneration of the relic of Saint Sharbel. After the celebration, the Family of Saint Sharbel offered to pilgrims sweets and complimentary prayer cards. The Celebration Video
