The Family of Saint Sharbel, USA, Lent 2024 Retreat

​A group from the Family of Saint Sharbel, USA, attended a retreat with the Maronite Monks of Adoration at Most Holy Trinity Monastery in Massachusetts from Thursday, March 7 to Sunday March 10, 2024.
​
​During the retreat, Abbot Patrick, Fr. Robert, and Fr. Maron delivered talks covering: The Transformative effect of Fast; The Transformative effect of Prayer and Almsgiving; Awareness of vices & virtues. The talks were followed by Q&A sessions.

In addition, retreatants engaged in personal adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and attended the monks' liturgical services, including Morning Prayers (Safro), Divine Liturgy, Midday Prayers, Evening Prayers (Ramsho), and Night Prayers (Sotooro).

​On Sunday, the participants joined the monks for the Divine Liturgy, received their blessings for the journey, and then returned home.
