My testimony of cancer healing through St. Charbel
My name is Victoria Schneider. In July 2020 I was diagnosed with cancer in the colon. The doctor treating me at that time, after removing two cancerous polyps, decided to do surgery, and cut part of my colon so that the cancer would not spread.
At that time, I heard of St. Charbel and his miraculous power of intercession. I have a friend from Lebanon who “happened” to have the oil and a piece of cloth of St. Charbel. She gave them to me to pray with until my next visit to the doctor.
The doctor scheduled a meeting with my family to share what she planned to do. My son was all for the surgery. The doctor asked me if I wanted to proceed or wait two more months. I said I will wait.
Sometime in the week following this meeting, she got together with her team to discuss my case and the procedure she intended to follow and my opposition to the surgery. While she was presenting the case, the head of the gastroenterological department of the hospital, without any invitation to participate, entered the room and joined the meeting. Listening to my case, he intervened saying that he had other means to treat my case without having to have surgery. He asked permission to take over my case. I was asked and I gave permission. I was scheduled to have another colonoscopy the following week instead of waiting two months.
At the colonoscopy procedure the doctor found two more cancerous polyps which were extracted. The doctor mentioned that he scraped everything very thoroughly and thought it was OK. He told me to have another colonoscopy in three months to see if there was again any trace of cancer. If it were so, then I would need surgery.
On my return, after three months, the doctor checked extremely thoroughly, took several biopsies and they all came out negative!
I think the miracle started the moment the doctor took over my case. It followed when he checked me after three months, then after a year and again in May 2022 no trace of cancer. Glory be to God that after almost three years the healing is confirmed. Through the intercession of St. Charbel Our Lord is all powerful. Glory be to God and His saints.
