Testimony of Princess Lamia (Lebanon)
Princess Lamia, the daughter of Prince Nabil Shehab, born in Ghazir in 1959, is married to Mr. Habib Al Feghali from Kfar Abida. She is a judicial guard who lives in Dbayeh. She recounts her health issues supported by medical records.
As I was driving my car, heading home with my husband, from St. Georges Hospital, a cloud overshadowed me and I heard a voice telling me 3 times to return to the hospital. So, I returned. The electrocardiogram showed that I was having consecutive heart attacks; my heart muscles were functioning only 35%, and that one of the heart chambers was clogged.
Since I was devoted to Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary, and Saint Sharbel, I started praying the rosary and the rosary of peace, asking them to let this pass peacefully, because my daughter had an important exam coming up after a week.
Before the surgery and while doing the tilt test, my arteries showed to be clear and nothing was blocking them. There was no evidence of the cause of the consecutive heart attacks.
Dr. Salah Shwairy told me, upon inserting the graft in the blood vessel, that he didn’t know the reason I came to the hospital.
A week later, on the eve of my daughter’s exam, I had weird pain. My blood pressure was 8 over 5 with a pulse of 45. I wished my daughter well and went to the hospital. My blood pressure was 7 over 4 and my heart beat 40. I was in a dire state.
At noon, my daughter called me to tell me the good news that she had passed the exam. I thanked the Lord, the Virgin Mary, and Saint Sharbel. That’s when I felt better and was healed from my heart problems.
A second miracle, I noticed my left leg swelling during the day and returning to normal at night. So, I went to Dr. Michel Feghali at El-Roum Hospital. He asked me to get a scan and an echocardiogram done. It turned out that my heart was functioning only 57 percent. A 3.5 centimeters long and 2 centimeters thick cancerous tumor was found in my left kidney. Another 1 centimeter tumor was found in my chest, and another on the liver and one in the pancreas.
After consulting several doctors, including Dr. Mirna Al-Hajj, who asked me to have a PET Scan, and on the eve of the feast of Saint Sharbel, I decided to visit his monastery with my daughter in the evening. We attended the Divine Liturgy, and I asked Saint Sharbel to remove the metastasis of the cancerous tumors and to intercede for me with the Lord to cure me of my illness.
Upon doing the tests the next day, it appeared that the cancerous tumors were confined to the kidney alone. They decided to perform the operation to eradicate it, even though it was a dangerous procedure.
Dr. Joe Nohra performed the surgery, with ease, without pain, there was no need for chemotherapy and without entering the Intensive Care Unit.
I came to thank Saint Sharbel for interceding for me, and I recorded both miracles supported by medical records, on September 7, 2021.
