Healing Testimony of Nancy Elias Dib
Mrs. Nancy Elias Dib, born in Beirut in 1988, is married to Mr. Danny Emil Skaff from Kafr Akab. She is a bank clerk. She tells about her health based on medical records.
“I, Nancy Elias Dib, wife of Danny Emil Skaff, and the mother of two, certify that I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease ‘A N A’. The HCG level was low. This affected my conceiving.
Dr. George Abi Tayeh told me that I would not be able to get pregnant except through the In Vitro process. He suggested I follow up with a specialist.
I visited Dr. Nelly Ziade for treatment and follow-up at Hotel Dieu Hospital.
Upon returning home, I asked the Lord to speak to me through His bible. I opened the bible to the verse of the annunciation of Zacharia. This is where I found the Lord’s answer.
In April 2021, I visited Saint Sharbel’s hermitage. There I told the saint, “You are the heavenly doctor. You are capable of healing me. I ask you to intercede with Lord Jesus for He may bless me with a child. I may not deserve this blessing, but through your intercession, the Lord may bless me with a child. If you and the Lord want this for me, I shall return to offer my gratitude here.”
In May, I vowed to visit Saint Rita. I participated in the holy mass. As I received communion, I felt a strong power surge through my body. I told my husband, “I have been healed. Can it be that when the blood and body of Christ enter our body, we remain ill? I felt that my body was dry land and it has been quenched.”
On the 22nd of May, I had pregnancy symptoms. I did a pregnancy test and the results were positive.
I visited Saint Sharbel and thanked him for his intercession and for the blessing he bestowed upon me.
Upon visiting the doctor, I was asked, “Whom did you pray to?”
“To Saint Sharbel and Saint Rita,” was my reply.
“You are lucky to have such faith,” was the doctor’s feedback.
I came on the 6th of July to thank Saint Sharbel and to register the miracle with all the medical records.”
