Testimony of Mireille Rizkallah Melki
Mrs. Mireille Rizkallah Melki from Joun, in Shouf, Lebanon, is married to Ziad Michael Khaled. She was born in Mousaitbe in 1972. She is a housewife and mother of one child. She currently resides in Broumana. She recounts her health based on medical records.
“Due to pain in my stomach, I was admitted to Hotel Dieu Hospital. I was cared for by two doctors. The first was a gynecologist, Dr. David Atallah and the other was Dr. Noun, a surgeon.
After a PET scan, a tumor was found in the gallbladder, as well as the presence of ten fibroids in the uterus. I underwent a double surgery for the gallbladder and the fibroids in the uterus. I was scheduled to leave the hospital on the 18th of November, 2021.
After eating, I vomited, and had severe pain in my stomach. The PET scan revealed a volvulus in my intestines. The doctors decided to perform an operation to remove it. During this time, my friend ‘Shausha’ in Meziara, prayed to Saint Sharbel and she rubbed her stomach with his oil. She asked Saint Sharbel to heal me.
At night, I dreamt of a bright light in my room with Saint Sharbel standing behind it. He placed his hand through my stomach where the pain was as if he pulled something out. When I woke up the next morning, all the pain disappeared. After tests, my healing process was confirmed.
I brought the medical records to thank Saint Sharbel for the grace of healing, and registered the miracle on the 22nd of April 2022.”
