Testimony of Emilia Bou Dib

Emilia was suffering from a disease in her neck and back and reached the point where she was not able to get up without someone's help. The doctor decided to do surgery to prevent a total paralysis. She prayed to St Sharbel to heal her because she lived alone and had no one to take care of her. One night, she got up to go to the bathroom and there was no electricity. She looked for the cane that she always left near the bed, but did not find it. She used a lighter to help her get to the bathroom. It happened three times in a row and in the morning she rose from her bed, perfectly cured; the cane was under the foot of the bed that she couldn't even lift.

​When she was sure of her recovery, she went to the monastery with her medical record. Emilia registered her miracle on 4/11/2012.
