Healing Testimony of Elias Ghandour
Elias, who had been suffering from cancer in his spinal cord, embarked on a journey to Lebanon to visit the tomb of Saint Sharbel at Saint Maron's Monastery in Annaya. Elias prayed to Saint Sharbel for his recovery and upon his return to Canada, he brought back blessed oil, incense, and soil.
During his chemotherapy sessions at the hospital, Elias would ingest small amounts of the blessed incense, soil, and oil. To the doctors astonishment, Elias experienced a complete healing within a few days.
Elias once again made the pilgrimage to visit the tomb of Saint Sharbel at the Monastery of Saint Maron in Annaya, Lebanon. He sought to express his thanks to God and Saint Sharbel for the miraculous healing he had received. He registered his healing on May 2nd, 2010.
