“In April 2016, I suffered from pain in my stomach. I went to Keserwan Medical Center, where I was under the care of Dr. Lara Younan. After undergoing many medical tests, x-rays, and radiology, the doctors concluded that the cancer spread in my stomach and was at an advanced level. I was notified that I had a month to live and there was no hope for recovery.
After spending a few days at the hospital, I returned home. Before going to sleep, I prayed wholeheartedly to my patron Saint, Saint Sharbel. I told him with all honesty that I do not fear death. I also told him that I place my family, my wife and kids in his loving care.
I fell asleep like a little baby, peace in mind, and the belief that I would wake up healthy and healed. I had a strong feeling that Saint Sharbel would never leave my side and that he would heal me.
I went for a checkup at Saint Joseph Hospital in Dora. After reviewing the previous report, the doctor decided that I should undergo another MRI to check how the cancer is spreading in comparison to the previous report that he saw.
Before this checkup, I was in a good psychological state and I had total confidence that Saint Sharbel had healed me. I underwent the MRI test several times over because the doctor could not find any signs of cancer in my stomach. I was healed.
I came to thank Saint Sharbel for gratitude and for the grace of the miracle. This miracle was registered on the 14th of October 2021.
