Testimony Fadi Ibrahim Al-Kaadi

Young Fadi Ibrahim Al-Kaadi, born in Jbeil in 1997, is a soldier and a member of the Greek Orthodox Church and resides in Nahr Ibrahim. He recounts his health supported by medical records.

On October 21, 2020, I had a traumatic car accident that killed three people. My skull was broken and half of my brain popped out of it. I had several fractures in my face, as well as a broken ulna.

I was transferred to Saint Louis Hospital in Jounieh in a Red Cross ambulance. I was admitted to intensive care, where I spent thirteen days in a coma. I required oxygen, which they administered via a transtracheal catheter. The doctors told my family that I would spend six months in the hospital and that if I recovered, I would have lost my memory or have disabilities. On the 21st of the month, they removed the catheter, but I couldn’t breathe naturally, so they put it back. During this critical time, my family and friends were praying and asking Saint Sharbel to intercede for me with the Lord Jesus Christ, to heal me, and to help me return to the ones I love.

On the 22nd of the month, as I was still in a coma, Saint Sharbel appeared to me. I returned to life. They removed the transtracheal catheter off of me and I was able to breathe properly again; however, I did not recognize any of the people around me, nor did I know where I was.

The doctor visited me and examined me. I was in good health. The fractures that were on my face had disappeared. My ulna recovered. I went home five days later.

I came on September 13, 2021, to thank Saint Sharbel for interceding for me. I did not leave my phone number because my voice does not come out of my mouth due to the hole in my throat used for the transtracheal catheter. The miracle was recorded in Annaya supported by medical records. I am grateful for Saint Sharbel’s grace of the miracle of bringing me back to life.
