Healing Testimony of Jennifer Bernard Estephan
Miss Jennifer Bernard Estephan, born in 2002 in Zgharta Dar Baashtar, a university student residing in Dar Baashtar. She is of the Greek Orthodox Christian faith. She shares her medical condition, as documented in the medical report:
"I, Jennifer Estephan, would like to inform that I was diagnosed with breast cancer on October 29, 2022. I was admitted to Saint George Hospital in Beirut, where my treatment was overseen by Dr. (N.S.). After examinations, it was found that I had right breast cancer, which had spread to the lymph nodes and liver, classified as stage four. I was prescribed 8 chemotherapy sessions, and I underwent the first session. Feeling afraid, I began praying to Saint Sharbel, asking for his intercession with the Lord Jesus Christ to heal me of my illness.
On the night before my second chemotherapy session, I had a dream that seemed real, where Saint Sharbel appeared to me smiling and began conversing with me, although upon waking up, I forgot all the conversation that took place in the dream. During the second chemotherapy session, it was discovered that the cancer had disappeared from my body entirely. However, the doctors recommended completing all the sessions for protection against the disease.
Saint Sharbel has brought joy back to my heart with his appearance and healed me through his intercession with the Lord. I took all the blessings from his monastery and consumed them. My healing has been completed, so I came with my family, prayed at his shrine, thanked him for the grace of my healing, and recorded the miracle on February 18, 2023."
