"I, the undersigned Dr. Rana Elie Mitri, hereby affirm that my brother, Fouad, was admitted to Memorial Hermann Hospital in Houston, Texas, USA, due to COVID-19. He was initially treated for COVID-19 in the first week, and the doctors informed him that his lungs were severely affected, with a 100% infection rate.
