Healing Testimony for Child Eli Robert Abdullah
Child Eli Robert Abdullah, his mother Chantal Youssef Hadchiti, from Andaket, Akkar, born in 2019, and currently residing in Zouk Mikael. The family shares the medical condition of their son, as documented in medical reports by his godfather, lawyer Mashhour Hadchiti:
"At the age of three, Eli experienced severe bleeding in his excrement for ten days, resulting in severe dehydration and vomiting everything he consumed, including food and water. Additionally, he developed rashes all over his body due to dehydration and reduced blood flow in the arteries. We rushed him to the emergency room at Rizk Hospital in Beirut, where he received necessary treatments and underwent X-rays, revealing that his stomach's intestines were entangled with each other forcefully. Several attempts to untangle the intestines failed, leading the doctors to schedule abdominal surgery the next day to address the entanglement.
In the evening, while Eli and his mother were in the hospital room, along with another young patient and her mother, the young girl said to her mother, 'Saint Sharbel healed me.' She asked her mother to hang a rosary of Saint Sharbel on Eli's hand, hoping for Saint Sharbel's healing, and asked Eli's mother to pray to Saint Sharbel for his healing before the surgery or for his accompaniment during the procedure. After midnight, Eli's mother woke up to a loud sound, resembling an explosion. Upon inspection by the nurses, they found that Eli was able to pooh after a long period of stomach constipation. The doctors were astonished by the sudden development. After re-examinations and imaging, they confirmed his recovery and decided not to proceed with the surgery. The doctors and hospital staff were stunned. The child recovered, resumed eating and drinking, and the rashes on his body disappeared. Even the swelling in his legs vanished after visiting the hermitage of Saint Sharbel, despite the doctor stating that these marks would take a long time to disappear.
Eli returned to normal life, resumed school, and continued to grow with the intercession of Saint Sharbel. We visited Saint Sharbel, thanked him, and recorded the miracle on February 10, 2023."
