Raymond Nader Brings the Life of Saint Sharbel to Warrenton, Virginia

On Friday, July 10, St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Warrenton, VA, welcomed Raymond Nader, President of the Family of Saint Sharbel, for a talk on the life and spirituality of Saint Sharbel.

Held in the church's main sanctuary, the 5 PM gathering drew parishioners and visitors who filled the pews to hear Mr. Nader speak. Members of the Family of Saint Sharbel were also present for the occasion.

​Raymond shared his personal story alongside the life of Saint Sharbel, the 19th-century Lebanese Maronite monk, offering the audience insight into Eastern Catholic spirituality and the enduring devotion to the saint around the world.

Many attendees lined up to venerate a relic of Saint Sharbel, pausing for a quiet moment of prayer with the beloved saint. 

A resource table near the church entrance, set up with icons, books, and devotional items related to Saint Sharbel, gave visitors the opportunity to learn more and bring home a piece of the visit.
