Healing Testimony of Pierre Salim El-Khoury
Mr. Pierre Salim El-Khoury was born in Zahle, Lebanon, in 1958. He is married to Annie from Sin El Fil, works in a private profession, and resides in Sin El Fil, Beirut.
Here is his account of his health condition, which his medical reports support:
“On March 1, 2024, I suffered severe pain in my back and abdomen throughout the night. I went to see Dr. Elie Abdou El-Khoury at Bhannes Hospital. After examining me, he told me that the source of my illness was the prostate. The test result came back elevated, so he prescribed ‘Dorexana’ for several days. However, the medication did not help, and the infection reached the urinary tract.
I was then admitted to Al-Mashreq Hospital under the care of Dr. Adib Ziada. After examining my prostate, the result was again elevated. I underwent an ultrasound, which confirmed a high level of inflammation in the prostate. The doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory medication for one month, followed by a 20-day break, then another month of treatment, after which I was to undergo a new test.
The prostate result remained elevated, so he gave me a referral for an MRI. Before undergoing the scan, I visited Saint Sharbel in Annaya, as I often did. I ate soil from his tomb, drank blessed oil, prayed before his shrine, and asked for his intercession before the Lord Jesus Christ, seeking the grace of healing from my illness.
I entered the hospital and underwent the MRI. The result showed that I was completely healed. Dr. Adib Ziada was astonished and amazed by my healing. I told him, ‘From the beginning, I kept telling you that Saint Sharbel would heal me, and you are a believer and an honorable man.’
I gathered all the medical reports, went to Saint Sharbel to thank him, and registered the miracle on September 4, 2024.”
