Healing Testimony of Nohad Maarouf Andraos
Mrs. Nohad Maarouf Andraos, born in Zouk el-Khrab, Lebanon, in 1959, is married to Mr. Raymond Hikmat Eid from Deir Mimas. She is the mother of four children and resides in Bourj Hammoud, Lebanon.
Here is her account of her health condition, which her medical reports support:
“At the beginning of 2023, my body started to weaken and I lost my strength. In early 2024, I visited Dr. Khalil Bedran at Saint George Hospital University Medical Center, Beirut, who ordered blood tests. The results showed a severe iron deficiency, so he requested an endoscopy of my stomach and intestines. The endoscopy was performed at Geitaoui Hospital by Dr. Antoine Geagea, but visibility was unclear, so he ordered a CT scan. The scan revealed a 9 cm tumor on my intestine with a thickness of 2 cm.
I was terrified. I drank Saint Sharbel’s oil and prayed for his intercession before the Lord Jesus Christ to heal me from my illness. I then took the results to Dr. Bedran at Saint George Hospital University Medical Center, who asked me to repeat the endoscopy, saying, ‘I’m waiting to see the cancer.’
The new endoscopy was done on February 27, 2024. When the doctor came out, he told my daughter, ‘There’s nothing on the intestine.’ I asked, ‘How?’ and he repeated, ‘Nothing at all—I didn’t even take a biopsy because the intestine looks white as snow.’
My cry to Saint Sharbel, made with faith, brought about the miracle. Therefore, on March 3, 2024, I came to record the healing, attaching the medical report.”
