Healing Testimony of Amal Sayed Mouawad

Mrs. Amal Sayed Mouawad, wife of Antoine Youssef Frangieh and mother of five children, was born in Zgharta, Lebanon, in 1956 and resides in Rashaaïn, Zgharta.

Here is her account of her health condition, which her medical reports support:

"On the 11th of the month, I underwent a mammogram at Clemenceau Medical Center, and after further tests, a cancerous tumor was discovered in my breast. My brother-in-law, Dr. Qabalan Yammine, advised me to undergo surgery to remove it, which I did. After further evaluations, six chemotherapy sessions were prescribed.

With the help of Saint Sharbel, I underwent the surgery on February 22, 2022, and began chemotherapy on March 19, 2022, followed by radiation therapy starting August 4, 2022. Throughout every stage, I kept praying for the intercession of Saint Sharbel and Saint Joseph, entrusting my entire situation to their care.

One night, I dreamed that I was in the shrine of Saint Sharbel in Bekaakafra, when suddenly I was overtaken by a strong tremor, as though struck by an electric current. A rope of light wrapped around me from my feet to my head like a spring. I raised my hands toward heaven, and a deep sigh came out of my mouth—I felt my soul leave me, and with that sigh, the illness left my body. I cried out, ‘Saint Sharbel has healed me!’ and woke up repeating the same words.

Two years have passed since then, and all my medical tests remain completely clean. I came to Saint Sharbel’s shrine in Annaya to thank him for the grace of my healing, and I recorded the miracle on February 22, 2024."
