Healing Testimony for Dr. Ibrahim Abdo and His Wife
Dr. Ibrahim Omar Abdo, born in 1980 in Syria, is a Sunni Muslim, married, and currently residing in Carmarthen, United Kingdom.
As recounted by his father, Mr. Omar Abdo:
"My son Ibrahim is a surgeon living abroad in the UK with his wife Sarah Ali Al-Ali from Ain al-Zebdeh, Safita, Syria. He and his wife had long struggled with infertility, undergoing many treatments with no success.
I, Omar, heard about Saint Sharbel, and together with my wife, Rafeeqa Omran, we decided to dedicate our son, Dr. Ibrahim, to Saint Sharbel, and we made a vow in his name. We did not inform our son Ibrahim about this vow, and it was made in 2019.
Just days later, our son called us from Britain. He said that a Christian priest had appeared to him in a dream and told him: 'I am Father Sharbel. The Lord will grant you a child.' Then he disappeared.
Ibrahim woke up terrified and called us. Only then did we tell him about the vow we had made. We rejoiced, prayed, and months later, his wife became pregnant, and God blessed them with a child, whom they named Daniel.
