Healing Testimony for Antoine Anis Al-Dfouni
Mr. Antoine Anis Al-Dfouni, born in Dfoun, Aley District, in 1941, is married to Mrs. Elham Hanna Nassar from Azzah, South Lebanon. He has a daughter named Marie Noel, and they reside in Mansourieh, Lebanon. Currently, they are living in Ottawa, Canada. As Marie Noel recounts her father's medical condition, supported by medical reports:
"Due to a stroke, we took my father Antoine to CMC Hospital, where he underwent X-rays and scans, revealing a tumor in his brain. After a biopsy, it was confirmed to be an advanced stage of cancer. After consulting with Dr. François Kamar, it was determined that surgery to remove the tumor was not possible due to its location in the brain and my father's age. As is known, people with this type of illness typically have a low chance of survival.
My father Antoine began chemotherapy and radiation therapy in 2012 and started praying to Saint Sharbel, asking for his intercession with the Lord Jesus Christ to heal him from his illness. My mother and I joined him in prayer, asking for his recovery and safe return to our family.
After nearly a year, my father underwent a follow-up MRI scan, which showed that the tumor had disappeared from his brain. The doctor was astonished and informed us that there was no medical explanation for what had happened, acknowledging that it was a miraculous healing.
