Healing Testimony for Anthony Rony Rizk
The young man Anthony Rony Rizk, his mother is Rita Antoine Bou Chakra, born in Sin El Fil in 2010, is a school student, residing in Dik El Mehdi, Mont Lebanon.
Here is his father’s account of his son Anthony’s health condition, which his medical reports support:
“On May 26, 2023, Anthony developed severe pain in his head, so we admitted him to Saint George Hospital in Beirut. He was cared for by three doctors: Peter Noun, George Nohra, and Christian. After the examinations and scans were performed, it was found that there was excess fluid in his head. The doctors performed an emergency operation and installed a device to drain the fluid. The operation was successful.
It was later discovered that there was a brain tumor, so he underwent a second operation performed by Dr. George Nohra to remove it. However, the doctor was not able to remove it completely, which forced us to undergo chemotherapy and radiotherapy sessions.
Throughout all these stages, my son would eat incense of Saint Sharbel, drink from his oil and his blessing, and we would pray to Saint Sharbel to intercede for him before the Lord Jesus Christ and heal him of his illness. The doctors at the American University discovered that the treatment analyses changed from being difficult to being easier.
After the treatments ended, my son became exhausted, which required his admission to the emergency unit at the American University Hospital. His heart stopped for seven seconds, and then his heart stopped again for ten minutes. I began to cry out to Saint Sharbel to bring him back to life. Saint Sharbel heard my cry, helped him, and brought him back to life. Everyone who was in the room cried out that he had come back to life by a miracle.
On May 8, the birthday of Saint Sharbel, we received a call from Dr. Samar informing us that Anthony had been healed of the tumor and could continue his life normally.
We came on a thanksgiving visit to Saint Sharbel, who accompanied my son through all the stages of hardship he went through, especially by bringing him back to life after his heart stopped. We registered the miracle, attaching the full medical reports, on November 1, 2024.”
